24x7 Tour & Travel's cancellation policy varies depending on the type of tour package booked (domestic, international, customized, group, festive or peak-season packages) and the time of cancellation prior to the scheduled departure date. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via the official communication channels of 24x7 Tour & Travel.

Refunds are processed after deducting non-recoverable costs paid to airlines, hotels, transport providers, and third-party vendors.

Special Conditions & Peak Season Policies

Refund eligibility may vary on a case-to-case basis for bookings made during long weekends, peak travel periods, festive seasons, Christmas, New Year, special event tours, or limited-availability packages.

Such bookings may carry stricter cancellation terms due to high demand and advance commitments with suppliers. The refund percentage may differ from standard slabs and will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

Non-Refundable Components

The following charges are not eligible for refund under any circumstances:

Airfare charges
Visa processing fees
Travel insurance premiums
Permit and entry charges
Service & convenience fees
Third-party payment gateway charges

These amounts will be deducted before processing any applicable refund.

Amendments & Date Changes

Requests for date changes or itinerary modifications are treated as cancellations unless otherwise specified. Any additional costs arising from amendments will be borne entirely by the customer and are subject to availability and supplier approval.

Force Majeure & Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or other force majeure events, refunds will be processed strictly as per the refund policies of airlines, hotels, and other service providers. 24x7 Tour & Travel shall not be liable for delays or reductions in refunds caused by third-party vendors.

Final Authority

The final decision regarding cancellations and refunds rests solely with 24x7 Tour & Travel, subject to supplier terms and conditions. By confirming a booking, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this cancellation policy in full.
